When I was in the presence of the Holy Spirit, His complete knowledge of the Universe, permeated into my soul. After I returned, that vast knowledge was sadly gone. He did leave what I call, God’s Fingerprints, on my soul. Truths that reveal themselves to me at a time God chooses. I hope to pass those Truths on to you, but please understand, I have no formal theological training, and I do not claim to represent Christ’s Church. I only pray these messages help you to become closer to our Lord and Savior, Jesus.
Jesus was not tightening the constraints of the law, but rather showing us that through our love for the Holy Trinity, we would indeed be complying with the law, naturally. As our love deepens and grows for God, our actions change. We look to please the Lord in all we do, and our dark vices, those desires that the law prohibits, fall away from us.
Just as Jesus commanded the eleven apostles, and Saul (St. Paul), he also commands us to evangelize to the world. It can start simply through the example of how we live, speak, and act, so that we can proclaim the Gospel in everything we do. The spiritual battle rages around us, and by how we live we are either evangelizing for the Lord, or we are (de)vangelizing for the enemy.
